Please accept this communication as a courtesy warning regarding an individual who resides in close proximity to your residence. The subject has a lawful right to live in your neighborhood and you have a right to know his history and related information surrounding his criminal behavior. My intent is to make you an informed citizen so that you can take necessary precautions in order to protect your children and family members. This information is of “Public Record”!
Offender: LUIGI GINO VASQUEZ White / Male
Born: 09-10-1964
Address: 8847 Angus Road – Elmwood Township – Traverse City
Status: Mr. Vasquez is currently on “Parole” from the State Of Illinois (prison system) and has permission to reside at the above address.
In 1995 he (physically) sexually assaulted his 6 year old stepson. The offender penetrated the (juvenile) victim orally and anally. After the assault the offender fondled the child and then forced the victim to fondle him (offender). The offender was convicted of Criminal Sexual Conduct 2nd Degree(Relationship) in Cook County, Illinois. He was sentenced to “15 years” but was paroled on 09-27-06.
He moved into Elmwood Township on February 02-28-07. I would characterize Mr. Vasquez as a criminal predator who should not be trusted with young adults or children! His condition of parole prohibits him from being within 1000 feet of a school, playground, public park or other places primarily used by individuals age 17 or under. Please instruct your children on safety measures to consider.
