Click here to view full size picture Myles Kimmerly Recreation Area is located about 1 mile west of Maple City on Burdickville Road (County Road 616). The park includes:

-soccer fields
-ball diamonds
-volleyball courts
-basketball courts
-tennis courts
-horsehoe pits
-disc golf
-playground
-hiking trails

The park and the property across the road are also used by 4-H for horse shows and other activities.

Click here to view full size picture Old Settlers' Park is located on the southeastern shore of Glen Lake, on South Dunns Farm Road (Co. Rd. 675.) Early settlers established it as a picnic ground in 1892. Barbecue stoves, tables, playground equipment, and toilet facilities are available. No hunting is permitted in county parks.
