Myles Kimmerly Recreation Area is located about 1 mile west of Maple City on Burdickville Road (County Road 616). The park includes: -soccer fields -ball diamonds -volleyball courts -basketball courts -tennis courts -horsehoe pits -disc golf -playground -hiking trails The park and the property across the road are also used by 4-H for horse shows and other activities. |

Old Settlers' Park is located on the southeastern shore of Glen Lake, on South Dunns Farm Road (Co. Rd. 675.) Early settlers established it as a picnic ground in 1892. Barbecue stoves, tables, playground equipment, and toilet facilities are available. No hunting is permitted in county parks.
