The purpose of this plan is to gather support from local residents and visitors to maintain the high water quality of the watershed, or the entire land area that drains into Glen Lake and the Crystal River. The Glen Lake/Crystal River Watershed Managment Plan (GLCRWMP) is the result of cumulative efforts of many organizations and individuals. It outlines the history, land use, ecology, environmental stressors, uses, and goals of/for the watershed. The plan is available to download using Adobe Reader. The file sizes are quite large (approximately 2 MB) a piece, therefore a high speed connection is necessary. |
