GTB Housing
The Grand Traverse Band Housing Department strives to provide its members with quality, safe and affordable housing while supporting them in efforts toward homeownership. We do this by:

  • Providing quality rental housing at low-income and market rates.

  • Providing educational opportunities for our members and tenants around issues of budgeting, debt management and home-ownership.

  • Providing emergency assistance to those in need of home repair (must qualify).
