| The Tribal Council is elected by the Tribal Membership living within the six county service delivery area (Antrim, Benzie, Charlevoix, Grand Traverse, Leelanau, and Manistee). The council is composed of six elected Tribal Councilors and one elected Tribal Chairman. Furthermore, the executive officers of the Tribal Council shall be a chairperson, vice-chairperson, secretary, and treasurer.
