| The Leelanau County Commission on aging will be a visible focal point for senior services. We will demonstrate collaboration through coordinated care and open communication with other service providers. We will continually measure our impact to adjust to the changing needs of seniors while being fiscally responsible. Seniors of greatest need are our priority and we will promote healthy lifestyles through active, social programs for all seniors. | |||
