* Increase the number and service quality of community organizations involved in community service of youth in mentoring programs

* Strengthen and expand the teen leader program by building skills, confidence and responsibility of youth in areas of citizenship, leadership, communication skills and relationship building

* Expand understanding of the mentoring process as an effective delivery vehicle for youth development

* Increase the emphasis on citizenship, leadership and service across the area through involvement in cross-age teaching and learning opportunities
