Provides affordable housing linked to voluntary support services for people with mental illness who are homeless and meet financial eligiblity (30% - 50% of average median income.) Housing development with assistance from HUD & MSHDA. 501(c)3 nonprofit dedicated to serving consumers of Great Lakes Community Mental Health.

Programs include:
  • Shelter Plus Care - supportive housing with HUD/MSHDA subsidy
  • Affordable housing - scattered site development in planning stages
