Care for people with a life-limiting illness by providing for the physical, emotional, social, and spiritual needs of the patient plus provides caregiver support to assist family members. Care is provided in the home, nursing facility, or assisted living setting. The care provided under the hospice plan of care includes financial coverage for related medications, medical supplies, and equipment. Programs include:
