At the present time, records can be searched on the internet from January 1, 1991 forward. We are currently working on getting records available on the internet as far back as 1980. Searching is free, but if you wish to view or print documents, there is a fee.

Currently our searching options and fees are:

Option (1)
$200.00 a month for unlimited searching, viewing of documents and copies. With this option, you can choose which pages you want to print.

Option (2)
Pay Per Print. Money is put on an account and the account is charged $1.25 per page printed. With this option you do not have the option of choosing the pages you wish to print. The entire document prints.

The Register of Deeds has a policy of no refunds for unused balances.  If there have been no transactions within your account for one year, it will be closed.
