All instruments transferring title in real estate are serviced by the Leelanau County Treasurer for revenue stamps of certification of property taxes paid prior to recording the instruments at the Leelanau County Register of Deeds.

Warranty Deed
Land Contract
Assignment of Land Contract
Any Deed which contains a "covenant of warranty" within the document language.
