Creating Links
In any links group, including the main menu on the left, you can "add" a pre-existing page or external website by adding a link to the menu. To do this, click on the Add button. Type in the name of the page, then select Link to an existing page on this site or Link to an external website. Then on the next screen, type in (or paste) the URL and click submit.
