The 2010 Road Commission meeting schedule is the first and third Tuesday of each month starting at 1:00 p.m. at the Road Commission's Suttons Bay conference room located at 10550 E. Eckerle Road, Suttons Bay Michigan.  Anyone interested in meeting with the Board can do so by scheduling an appointment by contact the Road Commission Clerk at 231-271-3993 ext 223.  Anyone wishing to address the Board my do so during the "Public Comment" portion of the meeting which is offered at the beginning and end of each meeting.  While there is no time limit, interruptive behavior or abusive language will not be tolerated.

Anyone wishing to receive a copy of past Road Commission meeting minutes may so so free of charge.  Minutes are available for public inspection at our Suttons Bay office during regular business hours.  All meeting minutes, except for draft copies, are formatted to print on legal-size paper, and all draft copies are subject to change pending Board approval.
