Dairy farms are found throughout Centerville Township. According to the Farm Service Bureau there over 500 acres serving dairy farms in the Township.

In addition to Dairy farms, there are cattle farms providing beef and breed stock for a variety of markets. There are over 500 acres of (non-dairy) cattle farms in the Township.

Breeding Elk has become popular in the Township.

There have been orchards in Centerville Township for over 100 years. Crops include cherries, apples, plumbs, peaches and apricots. The sandy soils, surrounding lakes and rolling topography are ideal for growing fruit.

The topographical and climatic characteristics that make the Township ideal for growing fruit make it an ideal location for growing grapes as well. There are two wineries within the Township and over 200 acres of cultivated vineyards.
