Zoning change - $350.00 Board of Appeals - $250.00 Special Use Permit - $100.00 per Land split - $30.00 per Land Use Permit - $40.00 Master Plan - Residents $10.00, all others $20.00 Zoning Ordinance - $10.00 Development Site Plan Review for minor and major projects - $400.00 for initial meeting plus $300.00 for each additional meeting Site Plan Renewal - 1st year and each time thereafter - $200.00 for initial meeting plus $200.00 for each additional meeting - only if a problem and Planning Commission has to be involved - otherwise checked by Zoning Administrator and only charged for Special Use Permit. Planned Developments and Special Purpose Districts - $1,000.00, which includes the conceptual development plan review meeting, the rezoning meeting, and the development site plan review meeting.
