Welcome to the 13th Judicial Circuit Court
The 13th Judicial Circuit Court of the State of Michigan consists of Antrim, Grand Traverse and Leelanau counties. There are two elected Circuit Court Judges--Honorable Thomas G. Power and the Honorable Philip E. Rodgers, Jr.
